Personal Energy Transportation (PET) Project The Personal Energy Transportation (PET) Project's mission is to provide mobility for all of God's children in need. They seek to provide mobility first for those in greatest need and with the least resources. The PET Project is a part of the ministry of Jesus Christ, whose disciples sdaid, "In the name of Jesus Christ, arise and walk." Acts 3:6
 African Library Projectwww.africanlibraryproject.org The Africa Library Project partners with volunteers in African communities to create small libraries for villages and schools. Our church is home to the First School preschool. First School is an integral part of the education and outreach ministries of the church. It is open to children of all races, religions and national origins. Art, drama, music, stories gymnastics, cooking and nature study, with an emphasis on social development and Kindergarten readiness are included. Part or full-time programs are available to toilet-trained children, ages 2-1/2 to 6 years old. We have a ratio of 1 teacher for each 5 children, and we are open Monday - Friday 7:40 am - 4:00 pm year-round. First School is licensed by the state of California Social Services Department and is staffed by qualified and experienced teachers.
Family Camp is sponsored by the California-Nevada Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and has a long history of over forty years. Family Camp, where singles are also welcome, is truly a camp for all ages with campers ranging from toddlers to one active 100-year old.
